By booking with Clean Sunnie, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

​Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A deposit or prepayment may be required to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of 30%.

  • To ensure our availability for all clients, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% fee.

Services

  • Clean Sunnie provides high-quality, non-toxic cleaning services tailored to client needs.

  • Clients must disclose any specific requirements, allergies, or sensitivities before the service.

​​Liability

  • While we take utmost care, Clean Sunnie is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions of surfaces or items in your home.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Invoices not paid within 24hours may incur late fees.

Modifications

Clean Sunnie reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or website updates.
