Deposits and Prepayments

Deposits are non-refundable in cases of cancellation within 48 hours of the service.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will review the issue and may offer:

A re-clean of the specific area of concern.
