Clean Sunnie strives to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. However, our refund policy is as follows:

Deposits and Prepayments

  • Deposits are non-refundable in cases of cancellation within 48 hours of the service.

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.

Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will review the issue and may offer:

    • A re-clean of the specific area of concern.

    • A partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to pre-existing conditions or issues outside our control (e.g., permanent stains or damage).
